I am grateful to ALLAH (s.w.t) for the blessing of meeting such an exceptional doctor at Medcare Hospital during my emergency case. I had a fracture of the neck of my right femur, which was very serious and required urgent attention. Initially, my husband took me to the Emergency Room at Aster Hospital, but fortunately, it was closed for some reasons. Then we decided to go to Medcare Hospital on King Faisal Str, where we were fortunate to meet Dr. Ahmed Azmy, who, by ALLAH's blessing, successfully performed my surgery. That situation truly felt miraculous, and I am forever grateful to ALLAH (s.w.t) for guiding me to this doctor.
Dr. Ahmed Azmy clearly explained the urgency of immediate surgery, which needed to be performed within the next 24 to 48 hours. Thanks to his professionalism and careful assessment, the seriousness of my condition was recognized in time; otherwise, I might have been sent home without realizing how critical the situation was. I was very scared of the surgery, but Dr. Ahmed Azmy assured me that everything was going to be alright. He is not only highly skilled but also a very humane and compassionate doctor. He not only performed the surgery flawlessly but also personally supervised all my follow-ups, ensuring my recovery went smoothly.
I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Ahmed Azmy, the entire professional team and the administration at Medcare Hospital for their exceptional care, dedication, and professionalism. From the very first consultation, explained my condition clearly, and walked me through every step of the process. His calm, confident manner really helped ease my anxiety before surgery.
The procedure itself went smoothly, and I felt well-supported during recovery. Dr. Azmy is always available to answer questions and made sure I was healing properly. Thanks also to Medcare staff, for their skill and attentiveness, I  have regained strength and mobility faster than I expected.
